SHIPPING POLICY
Jewelry is shipped via Fed ex, and always requires an adult signature, unless an exception is requested, in which case we are exempt from liability.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are considered on a case by case basis. Items custom built for you will not be returnable, although I'll work with you until we get it right! If you are unsure about your purchase and want a preview, just ask - I'll commit in writing to give you time to see the jewelry and return it if it isn't exactly what you are looking for.
